Alexis B. Santiago
Alexis B. Santiago (Alysia) is a Los Angeles-based actress, director, writer and producer originally from Houston, Texas. She is the co-founder of Brown Couch Creatives, a collective of storytellers creating original work in theatre, film and television while cultivating community among artists.
Her work spans both stage and screen, having collaborated with a range of theatre and production companies across the country, including Denver Center for the Performing Arts, South Coast Repertory, Alley Theatre, Tyler Perry Studios, Lionsgate, Amazon Prime Studios, 108 Entertainment, and more.
Alexis is currently developing several original projects through her production company and is represented by Maverick Artists Agency and 23 Management Group. She is a proud Baylor Theatre alum and is honored to return to her alma mater for the inaugural Baylor New Play Initiative.

Analisse Nicholson (Lynn) is a senior BFA Theatre Performance major with a concentration in Musical Theatre from Killeen, Texas. She was most recently seen in the Chorus of Sweeney Todd, as Caitlin in Ship, and Just Jim and Understudy in Men on Boats. Analisse is a proud recipient of the Ralph and Ruth McCullough Endowed Scholarship. She is so grateful for the opportunity to create with this wonderful group of talented humans.

Anna Grigsby (Kate) is a sophomore BFA Theatre Performance major at Baylor from Colleyville, Texas. She is so excited to be a part of Baylor New Play Initiative! She would like to thank her family, friends, and professors for their support.

Chris Coley (George) is a Texas-based actor and proud graduate of Baylor University, where he earned his degree in Theatre Performance. Passionate about the art of storytelling, Chris thrives on the challenges and rewards of bringing characters to life both on stage and in front of the camera. Chris is excited to be part of Baylor’s New Play Initiative and looks forward to future opportunities across Texas to collaborate, create, and connect through performance.
Liz Honigmann
Liz Honigmann
Liz Honigmann (Rachel) is an actor and stand-up comedian based in DFW. She graduated with her BFA in Theatre Performance from Baylor University, where she was seen onstage as Sebastian in The Tempest, O.G. Howland in Men on Boats, Natasha in Three Sisters, and Juror #9 in 12 Angry Jurors. She was most recently featured in Stand-Up MVPs at Dallas Comedy Club, where she also hosts the Student Special Happy Hour show. She would like to thank her BUT family for the opportunity to be a part of the inaugural BNPI. SIC 'EM, NEW WORKS!!

Lyla Meece (Allison) is a Senior BFA Performance major with a concentration in Musical Theatre and a minor in entrepreneurship. Her past Baylor credits include Maeve in The Grown-Ups, and Woman #4 in Mary Zimmerman’s Secret In The Wings. Lyla is a proud recipient of the Ruth Belew Endowed Scholarship and the Harold Simmons Theatre Endowed Scholarship. She is thrilled for this opportunity and is excited to be a part of a new work!

Mitch Stephens (David) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans the entire country. A native of Austin, they are proud of their roots and are proud to call themself an Artist. Many thanks to their family and their cats for all the constant support.
