Erin Torkelson received her MFA in Costume Production from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in addition to her BA in Technical Theatre from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. While earning her MFA, she worked as part of the PlayMakers Repertory Company Costume Shop. Prior to that, she spent 3 years at the Alley Theatre as the Wardrobe Assistant and 8 of the last 12 years at the Utah Shakespeare Festival under various titles including Costume Shop Manager and Wardrobe Supervisor.
She grew up as a polar bear so she is very excited to be back in the world of bears.
