Sound & Media Design

Everything the audience hears is the responsibility of the sound designer. With that in mind, Baylor Theatre cultivates a student designer's ability to listen critically to each moment. Small class sizes allow our students to get practical training with the high-end equipment and software they will encounter on their journey as a professional sound designer. Through the integration of digital mixing, Pro Tools HD, and Qlab in our dedicated Sound and Media Lab, students learn to build immersive three-dimensional soundscapes for Baylor and beyond.
